The field service and sales staff of many of our resellers in particular appreciate the retailer service we offer here. Once you have logged in for the first time and allowed your login details and passwords to be saved in your browser, you can jump back and forth in our portal. Together with the customer, you can surf the public page and then discreetly view the purchase data, availability and much more information with a click.
App safe without memory requirements
Thanks to the latest "Responsive Design" configured "applets", our retailer site automatically adapts to any mobile device. The retailer portal can be stored on any home screen without any security risks and without using any storage space. This means you can open your customised retailer site at any time with a single click, just like an app.

Colour separation sales & purchasing
We have separated our portals by colour so that inexperienced users do not accidentally get lost and perhaps even present the wrong page with the purchase prices to the customer.

Customised article portal for your own employees
Every Holst Porzellan retailer can set up as many employee accounts as they wish. For example, purchasing and sales can be separated from each other in a structured way, if desired. It is even possible to store employees' own discount rates for their sales work, which they can apply directly to the customer. This saves the time-consuming calculation of flat-rate discounts and conditions.
Article and purchasing information at a glance
Today, the price, availability and delivery time of an item are often the key factors for sales success. Every salesperson should be able to provide this information at any time during a direct sales dialogue. Whether on the phone, on the sales floor or in the field
The end customer's task is always the same: How much does it cost and when can I have it!
This eliminates time-consuming enquiries to suppliers and, above all, time that would otherwise be lost in discussions with customers. Apart from this, a sales employee considerably increases his expertise and importance if he can give concrete price and delivery time commitments in direct dialogue with the customer.

Direct article maintenance during purchasing - Sell & Order
One of the biggest problems in retail is probably master data maintenance in purchasing. A well-stocked catering wholesaler has an average of around 2,500 vendors with around 13,000 items. Very few retailers want to or can carry out 100% article and price maintenance via CSV interfaces and many manufacturers (like us) shy away from the misuse of such data volumes for the production of unjustified web content. In 6 out of 10 cases, the purchase prices, packaging units or article information (dimensions, height, content, etc.) of our articles are not maintained. It gets really bad when the purchasing department "quickly" uses a general article number for customer commissions for order processing and after 12 months nobody knows which coffee cup was delivered at the time.
It often takes days between the customer order and receipt of the order for us to receive it. Such a procedure is no longer in keeping with the times.

Sell & Oder is a function of our retailer portal that allows the authorised employee to place the order with Holst Porzellan during the customer meeting. At the same time, your purchasing department receives a detailed confirmation of the order placed, including all relevant information, master data and transaction data. In other words, by the time the representative has opened his car door after the customer visit, the purchasing department has all the information about the transaction. Depending on the employee, even employee-specific purchasing limits can be assigned.
Compare articles and clarify differences
An online shop thrives on the visual presentation of articles, often and often attractively staged. For the commercial end consumer, the extreme differences of an article are often not recognisable. Even in our own range, we sell porcelain that looks very similar in appearance but actually differs considerably in terms of quality and function. Material thickness, thermal shock resistance, edge impact resistance and many other properties are often not immediately recognisable to the customer and seller. In our comparison function, selected items can be specifically compared with each other and the differences presented openly and transparently.
Quotation control - Sales Price Control

In our various web portals, we endeavour to reach as many different types of end customers as possible for our products. In doing so, we address both private end consumers and commercial customers of many different types and requirements. The selection of items, denominations and even prices can differ from one another. A hospital is not interested in a heart-shaped spoon and therefore offers from this product group should not be on our website Krankenhaus-Porzellan inflate unnecessarily. Furthermore, for a good retailer, reduced list prices are by no means genuine offers that are below the net price agreement. As we cannot differentiate between resellers in the same way as end customers, all offers across all product groups appear in our retailer portal. But - and this is the Sales price Control - our reseller only sees the price offers (with a red strike price) that are really net-net cheaper.
In concrete terms, we calculate every item for you: If the VK1 (LP wholesale) minus the purchase discount is lower than the special price minus the sales discount, then show it to the retailer 7xxxxx when he calls up the offer page! With this Sales Price Control, our retailer always buys the best price!
We see it as our task to connect and share the interactive, digital shopping experience of the internet with our brick-and-mortar retail partners and to utilise our work together. One of the major tasks that we have to master together is the harmonisation and connection of system processes in order to create the best possible range of services and relieve the burden on human resources.
