What makes these serving plates special are the slightly raised, upward-sloping rims, which provide maximum support for the food and create an attractive frame. The deep shape of the Italy porcelain platters is primarily intended for serving food and not for direct use as dinner plates. However, the small porcelain platters in the Italy series are also perfect for dishes with olive oil or desserts with sauces.
