Here you can clearly withdraw from the contract for your online order with Holst Porzellan. No reason is required. Please enter the details of your order and send us your withdrawal declaration.
Withdrawal from your online order
Withdrawal is possible without giving any reason, provided that your order is subject to a statutory right of withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration in good time. Please also note our withdrawal policy and the information provided there regarding deadlines, returns and possible exceptions.
Confirmation by e-mail
After sending your withdrawal declaration, you will receive a confirmation of receipt at the e-mail address you have provided. In addition, your withdrawal will be forwarded internally to Holst Porzellan Customer Service so that the order can be checked and the process can be handled.
What happens after withdrawal?
We will assign your declaration to the specified order and check the next steps. If the goods have already been shipped or delivered, you will receive further information regarding the return. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will check whether cancellation before dispatch is possible.
