Baking
This baking section has been created with the objective of providing guidance on the preparation of sweet baked goods, including cupcakes, cakes, tarts, stollen and cakes, for use in home kitchens. Hard-fired porcelain is also a popular choice in private bakeries thanks to its unique properties, including excellent hygiene stability, temperature resistance, easy washing and cleaning, and virtually lifelong durability when used as intended. Furthermore, porcelain is aesthetically superior to the typical black crockery or tinplate. It is also worth noting that porcelain is a highly suitable material for baking and serving a wide range of food for allergy sufferers, offering a clear advantage over other materials commonly used in kitchens and on tables.
