Bouillon Cups
We have dedicated this inspiration of soup cups to all those who appreciate a 5-minute terrine, a broth or a soup to drink as a small snack. Here you will find our tips and tricks for soup cups!
A soup cup must hold more food than an ordinary coffee cup. Our inspiration soup cups come in sizes of 0.35 l, 0.40 l, 0.45 l and 0.80 l.
A genuine soup cup must also be suitable for vegans, those with sensitive stomachs and allergy sufferers. Our Inspiration soup bowls are made of high-quality feldspar porcelain and fulfil the highest hygienic requirements that crockery can offer. Even when pouring a hot soup at drinking temperature (up to a maximum of 89°C), the glazes will hold and there will be no brittle cracks as with cheap ceramic cups, in which residues and dishwashing detergent can later get stuck.
A good soup cup should have a sufficiently large foot to ensure a stable hold of the soup cup. Offices, doctors' surgeries, workshops and all other workplaces are busy places where jars can be jolted or knocked. The handle should be positioned so that the cup does not weigh too heavily on your head when you lift it and increase the risk of it tipping over.
A perfect soup cup always has a saucer! This not only protects the floor when transporting it from the kitchen to the workplace, but also provides space for the stirring spoon. All broths, 5-minute terrines and drinking soups have to be stirred several times before they can be fully consumed. It is very unhygienic and unwise to then leave the small stirring spoon lying open on file folders or work surfaces. If the spoon remains in the cup during consumption, it not only looks stupid, but also interferes with the enjoyment.
A nice brewing cup not only fulfils the above criteria, it also looks good and is affordable. That's what we mean by ‘simple and strong’. Our large porcelain mugs with saucers are the perfect companion for your soup whenever you feel like it. Treat yourself to this elegant and practical solution and enjoy your meals to the full.
