Bowls for lard & portioned butter

Most upscale restaurants and rustic inns like to serve a spread before the meal, consisting of goose lard, crackling lard, garlic butter or herb butter, which often changes with the seasons. For serving these bread dips in portions, we have put together more than 20 classic porcelain bowls as serving bowls for lard & co. in the following section.

Of course, these bowls can also be used for many other occasions. They are equally suitable for a flying buffet, for finger food and appetisers on large buffet systems.

In contrast to many glass or plastic mini bowls, porcelain bowls are resistant to corrosion and blinding, are heavier and do not fly away under normal washing pressure, even in large dishwashing lines.
