Porcelain fondue dish
The name ‘fondue plate’ is equally representative of its function, with ridges or compartments to separate the food so that the different meat, cheese, sauce and ingredient compositions lie separately on the plate and do not mix together.
The classic fondue plate is round and has 6 compartments. When choosing the size, the space on the table and the number of people are important. Fondue dishes take up a lot of space, with the fondue pot in the middle and a variety of bowls and dishes with the sauces and side dishes around it. If you don't have much room on the table, choose the 23 cm smaller fondue plate, and if you can, opt for the 28 cm larger fondue plate.
As a different variation on the classic fondue plate, but also with segments and subdivisions, we offer the Spielfeld plate, which, with its 5 segments offers a little more space for the food than the round version.
The GVP segment plates are also suitable for Chinese cabbage and cheese fondue, as their rectangular segments are deeper than those of the fondue plates and can therefore hold more cheese or more food, which is particularly practical for cheese fondue. In addition, the rectangular plate has a slightly larger surface area than the fondue dish.
And, of course, all fondue dishes are also suitable for raclette dishes, indoor mixed grills and summer BBQ grill events.
