Fish soups & bouillabaisse
When fish soups are served outside of seafood restaurants, it is advisable to use a soup bowl with a lid to prevent the intense aroma of a strong bouillabaisse from spreading throughout the restaurant and mixing with the tastes of other diners and dishes.
