Affordable dessert and ice cream sets
In this section, we showcase sets and packs at discounted prices. Sets are always combinations of several different items that together form a single unit, whilst packs consist of multiple units of a single item.
Sets and packs are primarily cheaper than the individual items because handling and service costs – in particular the so-called ‘picking costs’ in the warehouse – are optimised. For example, if the top and bottom items are stored together in a storage bay, the picking effort is the same whether only the top item is removed or the top item together with the bottom item.
We pass this advantage on to our customers, as the opportunities to keep our prices as low as possible are, unfortunately, diminishing year on year. The coronavirus pandemic, raw material shortages caused by the war in Ukraine and, since March 2026, the energy crisis have severely impacted the pricing of porcelain.
That is why it should be worthwhile for our customers to take advantage of this logistical efficiency and purchase sets and packs rather than the individual items.
