The Fine Dining porcelain series is dedicated to all those who want to stand out from classic round porcelain and desire tableware that combines trend and functionality. Half-round and half-square, Fine Dining offers many features that other tableware cannot!

The plates, bowls, and platters of Fine Dining are designed in a rimless coupe shape, offering the entire surface of a porcelain piece as a serving area. Whether heavily overloaded beyond the edge or centrally arranged, Fine Dining allows for all kinds of portioning.

Although the porcelain items are shaped squarely, they have no sharp edges or corners that might concern professional hosts due to a presumed higher risk of edge chipping (which often proves untrue). Nevertheless, the porcelain remains so distinctly square that it clearly sets itself apart from the usual round shapes.

In cabinets, sorting boxes, dishwashers, and at the mise-en-place, the square shape takes up less storage space, thus enabling better space utilization.

Made from genuine feldspar porcelain with a medium-strength body and fired at temperatures above 1,320 °C, this porcelain can forego edge reinforcement without sacrificing durability. Such so-called "spaghetti edges" would have ruined the elegance of the gently rising rims and made the porcelain appear bulky.

All items in the Fine Dining collection are highly stackable and offer all the essential features of professional porcelain. Microwave, dishwasher, dish warmer, salamander, and even oven use pose no threat to the porcelain when used as intended (avoiding thermal shock). The high hygienic stability is ensured by its feldspar-quartz glaze, and all raw materials are of mineral origin. This makes Fine Dining suitable for vegans and highly sensitive individuals.
