Holst Porzellan Collections and Designs
Since introducing the Holst Porzellan brand in 1997, we have pursued a clear objective: to develop premium feldspar porcelain that combines functionality, timeless design and a high level of compatibility. Our journey began with individual specialty items that were either unavailable on the market or offered only at disproportionately high prices. Over the years, these individual products have grown into a versatile porcelain collection comprising more than 4,000 items for people who value functionality, quality and long-lasting durability.
From Individual Products to Coordinated Collections
As our assortment continued to grow, many successful individual products evolved into complete collections. Plates, bowls, serving platters, mugs, cups, serving pieces and numerous accessories were gradually expanded with additional sizes and shapes. The result is a range of harmoniously coordinated collections that support a wide variety of dining concepts while maintaining excellent compatibility throughout the assortment.
Distinctive Design Languages
Alongside our classic collections, a number of distinctive design concepts have developed over the years. Collections such as Melody and Sinfonie, together with reactive glaze finishes including Arena, Carbon, Coral and Musgo, have become characteristic elements of the Holst Porzellan brand. Design concepts such as the elegant Bateau boat shape, the symmetrical YoYo collection, the organic Teardrops series and the creative Snack Line demonstrate how familiar everyday serving ideas can be transformed into durable feldspar porcelain. Even disposable food service items such as French fry trays or beverage cartons have inspired elegant porcelain serving solutions with lasting value.
More than 4,000 Products with Extensive Combination Possibilities
As the collection expanded beyond 4,000 products, it grew far beyond traditional product categories. Today, collections, design families and specialty items extend across virtually every area of the assortment. Plates, bowls, mugs, cups, serving platters, serving ware and accessories work together naturally, offering countless opportunities to create individual table settings and presentation concepts.
Collections as Inspiration
To make this extensive assortment easier to explore, we created our Collections & Designs section. It presents the most characteristic design languages throughout our collection while illustrating which products complement one another particularly well. At the same time, every collection should be regarded as a source of inspiration rather than a fixed dinnerware program. Almost every product can also be combined successfully with other Holst collections as well as with tableware from many other manufacturers.
Freedom to Mix and Match
Compatibility has been one of the guiding principles of Holst Porzellan from the very beginning. Many collections complement one another naturally, allowing individual table concepts to adapt easily to different menus, interiors and personal preferences. This flexibility makes it easy to expand existing collections over many years while maintaining a harmonious overall appearance.
Every Item Available Individually
An important advantage of Holst Porzellan is that virtually every product can be purchased individually. There is no requirement to buy complete dinner services or predefined sets. Individual pieces can be replaced whenever needed, and existing collections can be expanded gradually over time. This provides investment security, reduces unnecessary replacement costs and supports the sustainable use of every collection.
Quality for High Expectations of Functionality and Durability
All collections and design lines are manufactured from premium feldspar porcelain. The material is food safe, hygienic, taste neutral, odour neutral and easy to maintain. Depending on the individual product, many items are suitable for dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven and freezer use. They are designed for everyone who values functional, durable and timeless porcelain solutions, whether at home or wherever reliability, quality and longevity are important.
