That is why we have created these two plate types from the Vital Level porcelain plates, which differ greatly from the other Vital Level plates due to their narrow shape.
Available in sizes 40 x 16 cm and 48 x 19 cm, these two porcelain platters look gigantic but have a serving area equivalent to a normal medium-sized plate or a small main course plate. But it is their length that makes these serving plates particularly impressive and unusual. These porcelain plates are particularly suitable as serving plates for long fish, asparagus and skewered dishes. They provide an exciting setting for sausages and cheese as snack plates and cheese platters. The plates look very elegant as dessert plates for non-liquid desserts. Their narrow shape ultimately provides an elegant setting for all starters and small main courses. Like all other items in the Vital Level series, the porcelain plates are made of robust professional porcelain, which gives the narrow plates all the important properties that porcelain for commercial use must have. Microwaves, dishwashers, heat and cold cannot harm genuine feldspar porcelain.
