Snack Concept III – Multifunctional serving
The Snack Concept 3 serving plate is the smallest multifunctional serving plate in the Holst Porzellan collection and stands out from the other two multi-serving plates in terms of both appearance and function thanks to its triple mirror and neutral oval shape. >The triple mirror allows all cup sizes from the corresponding cup series (see accessories) to be served on one and the same serving plate, i.e. the smallest mirror with 40 mm for espresso and mocha cups, the middle mirror with 51 mm for coffee and cappuccino cups and the large mirror with 71 mm for latte cups and drinking cups.
This variety is of course also available for bowl series if, for example, they are to be served as dessert sets, soup sets or dip sets together with this multi-plate.
In the morning, the plate serves breakfast, quark, yoghurt and muesli, a small roll together with a cup or mug of tea, coffee, milk or cocoa. As a snack plate, the multi-plate serves pastries, nachos, crisps and the like with salsas, Spanish tapas and all kinds of appetisers with dips. It is also perfect as a serving platter for a small portion of Camembert with cranberries. As a dessert platter, it is perfect for anything that needs to be served with a separate sauce, such as waffles with raspberries or various ice cream variations.br />
Snack Concept 3, like the Concept 1 and Concept 2 set plates, can be combined and varied around the clock. Of course, you can also place glass cups and bowls on the porcelain platter. Snack bars, motorway service stations, bakeries and all kinds of cafés, bistros and bars can use this concept to offer a wide range of food with minimal handling and effort.
