Snack II concept – multifunctional serving
The Snack Concept II from Holst Porzellan is based on a multifunctional serving plate whose design features a U-shaped rim without any reflective surfaces or recesses, providing stable support for the cups, mugs, and bowls placed on it.
Few porcelain plates fulfil as many functions as the Multiplate MP 160, which forms the cornerstone of the Snack Concept II. The rim area provides stable support for all types of cups, mugs, bowls, and serving dishes with a foot diameter of up to 72?mm, while also offering ample space for all kinds of side dishes and accompaniments.
In the morning, the plate serves breakfast, curd, yoghurt and muesli, bread, rolls, croissants, and egg dishes, together with a cup or mug of tea, coffee, milk, or cocoa.
For the second, Mediterranean breakfast—the “Almuerzo”—Snack Concept II serves a cappuccino or latte alongside hearty baguettes, bocadillos, toast, sandwiches, and various egg dishes and tortillas.
At lunchtime, Snack Concept II is mainly used for quick meals, medium-sized snacks, soups, and salad dishes, accompanied by baked goods, potatoes, and other filling side dishes.
In the afternoon, for tea time, Concept II serves cake, pastries, and petits fours together with a mug of coffee or a cup of tea.
In the evening, Concept II is enjoyed as a light snack, offering a selection of bread, cheese, ham, and sausage dishes served with bread and rolls.
For desserts, ice cream and sweet treats are served after lunch and dinner, with plenty of space provided for cakes, puddings, creams, various types of ice cream, and many other delicacies.
Throughout the day, for tapas and all kinds of light meals and snacks—sometimes complemented by a dipping bowl, a cup, or a side dish bowl—Snack Concept II offers a multitude of combination possibilities together with hot beverages, dips, sauces, and accompaniments.
