Line Nemo
The Nemo collection is named after the cheerful and friendly clownfish from the Disney film of the same name and consists of fish plates, fish platters and a fish soup bowl. While there are many suppliers of fish plates, Nemo has a unique feature:
The Nemo plates are designed to convey a friendly face to the guest. This is a notable distinction, as the majority of fish plates and platters on the market pull down the corners of their mouths in a rather unfriendly manner and often appear musty and uninviting. Such uninspiring fish platters are not conducive to fostering a sense of well-being or stimulating appetite. We have reissued the smiling fish platter based on templates from the late 1970s and an original template from the Mexican Mayan culture in the form of the hippoglossus (halibut).
We are pleased to present the fish specialty series Nemo, which is available in three plate sizes. This series is complemented by a matching bouillabaisse fish soup bowl.
During the production process, we ensured that the dishwasher resistance of the fins was not impaired and that the plates could still be used effectively in service. This means that the Nemo fish plates are not only distinctive in appearance but also offer high gastronomic utility value.
