The hotel porcelain design provides a solid material thickness for the food plates, ensuring stability of temperature without the plates appearing heavy or bulky. The small 30 cm plate is the ideal size for a portion of tomato mozzarella or a sandwich up to 26 cm long with a small side dish. The Oslo Maxima porcelain serving platter, with its harmoniously curved, semi-deep shape, is ideal for small arrangements of starters for one person or in the dessert section for all kinds of desserts with sauce. The edge of the plate rises at a gentle angle by approximately 3 cm, enclosing a flat serving surface measuring 24.5 x 16.5 cm.
The large platter, measuring 35 x 25 cm with a slightly rising edge, enables carving directly on the platter itself. The coupe platter provides sufficient support and stability for knuckles, ribs and chops, as well as main courses, side dishes and sauces. This serving platter is therefore also ideal for practical catering with a focus on dumplings and sauces. Steak and meat dishes in the Bleu (particularly juicy and rare) and English (rare) cooking levels have sufficient space on the main course platter to prevent overcooking.This platter is also suitable for gratifying in a salamander.
It can be used in conjunction with the round plates and bowls from the Maxima range.
