Drainage
For food and food components that should not sit in their own juices, draining plates made of white porcelain are the optimal solution. The two-part draining boards comprise a porcelain plate and a grid on top, which serves as a drainage system and separates the liquid from the food. The draining plates are particularly popular for serving asparagus or deep-fried dishes, allowing the food to remain crispy for extended periods. The grids are also available individually, compatible with existing plates. In addition to their use in draining plates, the porcelain grids can also be used as coasters.
