Bockwurst, bratwurst & sausage platters

For sausage snacks at snack bars, rest stops, petrol stations and, of course, for grilling sausages on the barbecue at home or at club events, we recommend small rectangular porcelain platters in catering quality for ‘in-house’ consumption. The porcelain plates and bowls from the Holst Porcelain Collection shown below meet the functional requirements for serving bockwurst, bratwurst, Krakauer and Wienerle sausages without side dishes. The Snack Line sausage plate SL 006 is perfect for quick sausages with mustard, accommodating sausages up to 17 cm in length without overhang. The delicious petrol station bockwurst and giant bockwurst sausages can be served on the Snack Line bockwurst plate SL 007 for sausages up to 23 cm in length. Sausages served with bread or rolls require more width than the SL porcelain plates. The YH 2075 is a rectangular sausage plate with a raised edge and a serving area of 16 x 10 cm, surrounding the sausage with a gently sloping rim. Our favourite for two Frankfurt sausages with bread is the rimless FD 425 plate with a serving area of 22 x 14 cm, which is also ideal for Leberkäs rolls, roasts and toast sandwiches. The rectangular sausage plate FD 025 is slightly larger with a serving area of 22.5 x 15 cm. We offer three sizes for this: the small currywurst without sides fits into the 100 g SL 105 bowl, the classic currywurst bowl with a slice of toast fits into the 250 g SL 110 bowl, and currywurst with chips fits into the larger 600 g SL 117 porcelain bowl. For currywurst from the buffet, e.g. as a midnight snack, we recommend the small 150 g GVT-015 Bern tray, as it takes up the least space on the buffet and is easier to heat up and keep warm.

All sausage platters are stackable, made of genuine feldspar porcelain and therefore suitable for microwaves and dishwashers, and offer high hygienic stability and corrosion resistance.
