Porcelain chopping boards
The three ‘Wood-Design’ porcelain boards are also ideal for cutting and carving in the kitchen and at the table and offer maximum aesthetic appeal. Above all, however, the porcelain boards are microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe and can withstand high radiation temperatures (up to 350 °C) on warming racks and under radiant heaters. This also makes them perfect carving plates for front cooking.
We particularly recommend the porcelain cutting plates for carving and preparing fish dishes. Once you have carved a fish on a wooden board or a plastic cutting board, you can only use it for fish and the odour cannot usually be removed by repeated rinsing. Carving at the table on stainless steel or plastic cutting boards does not look particularly attractive. The 2nd choice porcelain boards in wood design are a really functional and, above all, inexpensive alternative. When used as a porcelain chopping board, the small glaze scratches do not interfere with function and hygiene at all.
