Carving at the table

Carving poultry, fish and meat dishes is not only a skill reserved for master servers, it also requires good carving utensils and suitable serving platters that do not interfere with the cutting and portioning of culinary delicacies with high rims, corners or edges.

In this section, we have put together a collection of white and coloured porcelain platters that are particularly suitable for carving food. We assume that carving will only be done at tables of two or more people and start with platter sizes from 33 cm. From Chateaubriand and large sirloin steaks to carp, goose, duck and other fowl, we offer carving platters up to 50 cm.

You can choose between modern, rectangular carving platters made of reactive porcelain, white, ship-shaped platters mostly for fish dishes and classic oval carving and serving platters with a low rim.

All carving platters shown here are made of high-quality feldspar hard porcelain and thus offer all the important properties for commercial or demanding use:
