Gratin Dishes
The egg pans, known in French as "plat à oeufs" or "plat rond à oreilles" (loosely translated as "ear plate"), are a classic and original part of the collection of ovenproof porcelain. The Valais hut pans, or "egg pans Valais," are not only popular in every ski hut.
