Graters & Mortars
From a hygiene and flavour neutrality perspective, porcelain graters are unparalleled. Their surface hardness and non-abrasive surface make them an excellent choice for a variety of applications. The porcelain graters are suitable for use as a ginger grater, nutmeg grater and for cheese or garlic.
The mortars with pestles, with a diameter of 8 and 12 cm, are ideal for crushing smaller and larger quantities of spices. A speciality item is the so-called pestle mortar, which is characterised by its large mortar surface compared to the spice mortars. The mortars are therefore mainly used as a herb mortar. They are also dishwasher-safe, easy to clean and have a neutral flavour.
