Line Bern
The rectangular and square porcelain bowls were originally designed for system catering and were only later recognised as impressive serving items.
The rectangular porcelain bowls are ideal for inserting and decorating geometric shapes, reflecting a desire for structure and order. They also have "ideal dimensions". The small dip bowl has a capacity of 0.15 litres, making it the ideal portion size for creams and sauces for a single person. The larger rectangular bowls are available in one piece for supplements and side dishes or as a segmented bowl.
