Capacity up to 0.15 litres

Porcelain bowls with a capacity of up to 0.15 litres offer a versatile way of serving small portions of filling side dishes, desserts or artistically arranged compositions. With a volume of up to 0.15 litres, they are ideal for individual portions to suit the character and preparation of each dish.

The choice of bowl depends on the type of food and the style of presentation required. From small appetisers to artistically decorated desserts, the versatility of these bowls allows for a wide range of culinary creations.

However, the use of these dishes is not limited to certain areas of application, as is the case with terrines. They are often used in bistros and trendy restaurants because of their small size and the possibility of presenting a large number of dishes from a limited choice.

There are many different types of porcelain bowls, from tall bowls with a small diameter to large flat bowls. This diversity means you can find the right bowl for every type of dish and every style of presentation.
