With a content of 0.70 to 0.99 liters, we no longer speak of porcelain bowls, but of fully-grown porcelain bowls with a proper serving content. The medium-sized porcelain bowls offer enough space for full portion sizes of many different dishes. Holst Porzellan's broad collection of bowls with more than 30 bowls of this size provides plenty of variation and design possibilities. The good thing about it: Most of the large serving and portion bowls in this article category can be perfectly combined with matching smaller side bowls and larger bowl elements. This creates an aesthetic image on the table and leaves the guests' perception of your food and culinary dishes.

From this size of serving bowls the price differences increase noticeably with different ceramic base materials and firing temperature. Only highly fired porcelain bowls made of hard porcelain retain the many advantages of catering porcelain and should not be compared or even confused with much cheaper ceramic bowls. The larger a serving element is, the more susceptible it is to breakage and edge chipping.
