Butter Dishes

White porcelain butter dishes have long been a popular accessory for the table. We offer three different sizes of butter dishes, from the 20 g portion butter dish to the 125 g (quarter pound) butter dish and the butter dish for the standard 250 g block of butter. All butter dishes in the Holst Porzellan range have the ability to retain the cold from the fridge for a particularly long time, thus preventing the butter from liquefying. Compared to butter dishes made of glass, the contents of the dish are not immediately visible, but the appearance on the table is not spoilt by unsightly butter streaks during use. The neutral, white design ensures that the butter dishes blend harmoniously into any table setting, allowing them to be used with any other brand of porcelain.

The BUD 018 butter dish has a special feature, as it can hold the block of butter both on the plate and in the dish - in other words, on both sides. This makes this dish suitable not only for butter, but also as a refrigerator dish for storing food in general.
